盐分浓度对7种热带牧草种子萌发的影响

摘  要:
对热研2号(Stylosanthesguianensiscv.ReyanNo.2)、5号、7号、10号柱花草、杂交臂形草(BachiariaHybridFM9201/1873)、刚果臂形草(BachiariaruziziensisGermain&Evrard)及黑籽雀稗(Paspalumatratumcv.ReyanNo.11)7种热带牧草种子在0、2、4、6、8、10、12、14和16g/LNaCl溶液中的萌发进行了研究,分别观测盐溶液对种子相对发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数的影响。结果表明:7种热带牧草种子对盐分均有不同程度的耐性;刚果臂形草与热研7号柱花草的相对发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均显著高于其它几个牧草品种。7种牧草种子的临界盐浓度分别为:杂交臂形草7g/L,黑籽雀稗11g/L,热研2、5、10号柱花草13g/L,刚果臂形草、热研7号柱花草>16g/L。这表明,刚果臂形草、热研7号柱花草种子的耐盐性较好。

摘  要:
The relative germination percentage, germination index, relative germi nation potentiality were tested to determine the effects of NaCl solution at 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 g/L on seed germination of 7 forage species. The resu lts suggested that the seeds of all 7 tropical forage species presented salt tol erance to a certain extent. The relative germination percentage, relative germin ation potentiality, and germination index in the species Brachiaria ruziziensis and Stylosanthes guianens cv. Reyan No.7 were remarkably higher than those of ot her species during the period of germination. The critical salt concentration fo r germination of Brachiaria Hybrid FM 9201/1873 was 7 g/L, Paspalum atratum cv. Reyan No.11 11 g/L, S. guianensis cv. Reyan No.2, S. guianensis cv. Reyan No.5 a nd S. guianensis cv. Reyan No.10 13 g/L, B. ruziziensis Germain & Evrard and S. guianensis cv. Reyan No.7 over 16 g/L.
