甘薯根腐病病原菌rDNA-ITS区序列分析

摘  要:
2011年以来,从湖北省甘薯[Dioscorea esculenta(Lour.)Burkill]主产区采集了根腐病典型植株,分离得到引起甘薯根腐病的病原菌[茄病镰孢甘薯专化型病菌(Fusarium solani Mart.Sacc.f.sp.batatas Mc Clure,简称VSB)],并对分离得到的甘薯茄病镰孢甘薯专化型病菌核糖体基因转录间隔区进行测序分析,测序结果显示目的片段长度为526 bp。

摘  要:
Since 2011, Pathogenic bacteria of sweet potato root rot disease was separated and purified from Hubei province.The pathogenic bacteria of sweet potato root rot disease was identified by molecular method. The results showed that the length of the target fragment was 526 bp.
