不同浓度H_2对NaCl胁迫下甘薯苗生理指标的影响

摘  要:
以徐薯28为材料,采用水培法,研究了不同浓度(0、10%、25%、50%、75%、100%)氢气(H_2)对Na Cl胁迫下的甘薯[Dioscorea esculenta(Lour.)Burkill]叶片相对含水量、相对电导率、叶绿体色素含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明,200 mmol/L Na Cl胁迫下添加不同浓度的H_2后甘薯叶片的相对含水量、叶绿素含量均比仅用Na Cl处理组的高,其中50%H_2+Na Cl和75%H_2+Na Cl处理组的叶片相对含水量显著升高,75%H_2+Na Cl处理组的叶绿素含量与仅用Na Cl处理组相比显著升高;叶片的相对电导率值和MDA含量均比仅用Na Cl处理组的低,其中50%H_2+Na Cl和75%H_2+Na Cl处理组的相对电导率和MDA含量显著降低。选取最佳H_2浓度(75%),研究200 mmol/L Na Cl胁迫下徐薯28的MDA含量和POD活性。结果表明,9 d内,200 mmol/L Na Cl胁迫下添加H_2后MDA含量显著低于仅用Na Cl处理组;POD活性先升高后降低,并显著高于仅用Na Cl处理组的POD活性。这表明外源H_2的加入在一定程度上缓解了盐胁迫对徐薯28的伤害。

摘  要:
The effect of different concentration(0,10%,25%,50%,75%,100%) of hydrogen-rich water(HRW) on relative water content, relative electrolytic leakage, chlorophyll content and membrane lipid peroxidation in sweet potato [Dioscorea esculenta(Lour.) Burkill](Xushu28 cultivar) seedling leaves under salt stress were studied by the water culture method. The results showed that relative water content and the content of chlorophyll of the leaves treated with different concentration of HRW under 200 mmol / L Na Cl stress were higher that of the leaves treated under only 200 mmol / L Na Cl stress,the leaves treated with 50% and 70% saturation of HRW under 200 mmol / L Na Cl stress led to a significant increase of relative water content,the chlorophyll content in leaves treated with 75% saturation of HRW and 200 mmol / L Na Cl led to a significant increase. The relative electrolytic leakage and malonaldehyde content of leaves treated with HRW under 200 mmol / L Na Cl stress were lower than that of the leaves treated under only 200 mmol / L Na Cl; and the relative electrolytic leakage and malonaldehyde content of the leaves treated with 50% and 75% saturation of HRW under 200 mmol / L Na Cl significantly decreased. The effect of optimum concentration(75%)of hydrogen-rich water(HRW) on membrane lipid peroxidation and POD activity in sweet potato(Xushu28 cultivar) seedling leaves under salt stress were studied by the water culture. The results showed that the malonaldehyde content of leaves treated with HRW under 200 mmol / L Na Cl stress were significant lower than that of the leaves treated with only 200 mmol / L Na Cl during the treatment;the activities of POD tend to increase firstly and then decrease, and the POD activity of leaves treated with HRW under 200 mmol / L Na Cl stress were significant higher than that of the leaves treated with only 200 mmol / L Na Cl. The results indicates that the addition of exogenous hydrogen to some extent could alleviate the salt stress of the sweet potato(Xushu 28).
