不同投饲率对达氏鳇幼鱼生长及体成分的影响

摘  要:
选取同一种饲料,设1.0%、1.5%、2.0%、2.5%、3.0%、3.5%和4.0%七个投饲率水平,在溶氧为7.8 mg.L-1、水温13℃~18℃的流水养殖条件下,对体重99.21~385.92 g达氏鳇进行为期75 d的生长试验,结果表明,随着投饵率投饲率的增加,达氏鳇的相对增重率、特定生长率先升高后降低,2.0%处理组相对增重率和特定生长率最高,分别是300.70±11.93、1.82±0.04;饲料转化率则是逐渐降低。不同投饲率对达氏鳇幼鱼的水分和脂肪含量影响较大。随着投饲率的增加其水分含量逐渐下降;脂肪含量逐渐增加,投饲率高于2.5%无显著变化;蛋白质含量无显著变化。2.5%处理组脂肪和蛋白质含量分别为:3.55±0.03、18.50±0.15。综合分析生长速率和饲料转化率,达氏鳇幼鱼在13~18℃的水温条件下较适宜的投饲率投饲率为2.0%。旨在为达氏鳇幼鱼饲养提供科学合理的理论依据。

摘  要:
A growth experiment on Huso dauricus was conducted under the conditions of temperature13-18 ℃,dissolved oxygen 7.8 mg·L-1 for 75 d,in onder to get a scientific and rational feeding rate data,the body weight was from 99.21 to 385.92 g.The results showed that FCE were decreased with the increase of feeding rate,percent body weight and specific growth rate firstly increased and then reduced,increased again and reduced,The total trend lowers after heating up.Percent body weight and specific growth of 2.0% group were 300.70±11.93 and 1.82±0.04.Moisture and fat content were significantly affected by feeding rate.The moisture content decreased with the increase of feeding rate,while the fat content had no significant changes.Protein content was not significant different amomg the groups.Fat content and protein content were 3.55±0.03 and 18.50±0.15.Taking the rate of growth and FCR into account,the optimal feeding rate for Huso dauricus was 2.0% at water temperature 13-18 ℃.
