中国沙棘不同器官芦丁含量的比较

摘  要:
试验采用高效液相色谱法对中国沙棘根、茎、叶、果实中芦丁的含量进行了测定及比较。所用色谱柱为Diamonsil C_(18)柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.5%磷酸(33∶67),检测波长为254 nm。结果表明,中国沙棘根、茎、叶、果实中芦丁的含量分别为0.132 1,0.216 3,0.930 2,0.127 0 mg/g。研究结果可为沙棘芦丁的进一步开发和利用提供理论指导。

摘  要:
The contents of rutin in the roots, stems, leaves and fruits of Chinese seabuckthorn were determined by HPLC. The chromatographic column was Diamonsil C_(18) column(150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.5% phosphoric acid(33∶67), and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. The results showed that the contents of rutin in roots, stems, leaves and fruits were 0.132 1, 0.216 3, 0.930 2, 0.127 0 mg/g, respectively. It will provide theoretical guidance for the further development and utilization of rutin of seabuckthorn.
