摘 要:
为提高棕榈藤材的高附加值加工利用水平,选择了越南红藤、小白藤和玛瑙省藤为研究对象,采用显微图像分析方法,对其组织比量、纤维、维管束及后生木质部大导管等解剖特征进行了研究。结果表明:玛瑙省藤的纤维和导管的比量最多,分别为24.9%、33.3%。玛瑙省藤的维管束尺寸最大,径向尺寸和弦向尺寸分别为754.378、739.835μm;小白藤的最小,其值分别为348.027、319.348μm,各藤材维管束弦向尺寸均小于径向尺寸。玛瑙省藤的导管尺寸同样最大,为380.505μm。红藤的纤维最长,为1 246.802μm;小白藤最短,为734.856μm;小白藤和红藤的纤维长宽比均大于54,腔径比小于0.75,壁腔比小于1,适合作为造纸原料。F检验结果表明,玛瑙省藤两样本之间的维管束、导管尺寸,以及纤维腔径、腔径比、壁腔比均存在极显著差异。

摘 要:
For improving the level of high value-added processing and utilization level of rattan material,we chose D. margaritae,C. balansaeanus and C. manna of Vietnam to study their anatomical characteristics including tissue proportion,fiber,vascular bundle and metaxylem vessel with the microscopic image analysis method. The fiber proportion and vessel proportion of C. manna were 24. 9% and 33. 3%,respectively,and both of them were the largest among all the tissue proportions. The vascular bundle of C. manna was the biggest and that of C. balansaeanus was the smallest one,and the radical and tangential sizes of C. manna vascular bundle were 754. 378 and 739. 835 μm,while that of C. balansaeanus were348. 027 μm and 319. 348 μm,respectively. All the radical sizes were bigger than the tangential sizes of vascular bundles.The metaxylem vessel diameter of C. manna was the biggest,380. 505 μm. The fiber of D. margaritae was 1246. 802 μm and the longest,while that of C. balansaeanu was 734. 856 μm and the shortest. The length-width ratio of D. margaritae and C. balansaeanus were more than 54,and both the lumen-width ratio and the cell wall-lumen ratio of them were less than 0. 75 and 1,so both D. margaritae and C. balansaeanus were suitable for papermaking raw material. By F-test,there were highly significant differences between the two C. manna samples in the vascular bundle size,metaxylem vessel size,and the lumen diameter,lumen-width ratio and cell wall-lumen ratio of fiber.
