上海地区杂草稻生物学特性初步研究

摘  要:
通过室内试验,研究温度、土壤含水量、水层和土层深度等环境因子对杂草稻发生消长的影响。结果表明:杂草稻对不良环境因子的抗逆性和萌发势强于杂交稻申优693和常规稻秀水128。杂草稻萌发起点温度为8.86℃,萌发所需的有效积温为58.60℃,低于秀水128和申优693;杂草稻最适发芽温度为30~35℃,高于45℃或低于10℃均不能发芽;20~40℃杂草稻的萌发势强于秀水128和申优693。土壤含水量≥10%时杂草稻均可萌发,萌发最适土壤含水量为35%~40%,杂草稻萌发对干旱和水涝具有更强的忍耐性,水层深度对杂草稻萌发和生长影响较小。随着土层深度的增加,杂草稻的出苗率随之降低,土层深度大于12 cm时杂草稻出苗率为0,杂草稻受土层的影响小于秀水128和申优693。

摘  要:
The lab experiment with weedy rice(Oryza sativa f.spontanea) was carried out in order to study the effects of environmental factors such as temperature,water content of soil,and water and soil depth on weedy rice growth.The results showed that the adverse resistance and germination vigor of weedy rice were higher than those of the hybrid rice Shenyou 693 and the conventional rice Xiushui 128.Weedy rice's developmental threshold temperature was 8.86℃,and the effective accumulated temperature required for its germination was 58.60℃,being lower than that of Shenyou 693 and Xiushui 128.The optimum temperature for weedy rice to germinate was 30~35℃,but at higher than 45℃or lower than 10℃weedy rice could not germinate.At 20~40℃the germination vigor of weedy rice was higher than that of Xiushui 128 and Shenyou 693.When the water content of soil was above 10%,weedy rice could germinate and the optimum content for weedy rice to germinate was 35%~40%.The germination of weedy rice had quite high tolerance to drought and waterlogging and was less affected by water depth.The emergence rate of weedy rice declined with the soil depth increasing and was 0 when the soil depth was over 12 cm.The effect of soil depth was smaller on weedy rice than on Xiushui 128 and Shenyou 693.
