林蛙油对衰老模型小鼠部分生理指标的影响

摘  要:
利用林蛙油对D-半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠进行抗衰老试验。结果表明:林蛙油能明显提高衰老模型鼠 血中SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)、GSH-PX(谷光甘肽过氧化物酶)的活性;降低肝脏中MDA(丙二醛)的含量,证明 林蛙油具有明显的抗氧化作用。

摘  要:
Oviductus Ranae was used on anti-aging test in aging model mice abducted by D-galactose. The result show that the activitor of SOD and CSH - PX were enhanced obviously in aging model mouse blood, and the content of MDA deduced in liver by Oviductus Ranae. The role of anti-oxidation was demonstrated. It provides possibility for further research on delaying aging.
