氮肥浓度及形态对青菜产量及品质的影响

摘  要:
采用水培法研究了不同供氮水平及氮素形态配比对青菜生长、产量、硝酸盐含量及维生素C含量的影响,在合适的氮素形态配比下,进一步研究了不同季节青菜硝酸盐含量的差异。结果表明:10 mmol/L氮素水平下,青菜叶面积、产量及维生素C含量最高,硝酸盐含量相对较低,该浓度最为适宜。青菜生长适宜营养液的配比为NO_3~--N/NH_4~+-N=5/5,当NH_4~+-N比例超过70%时,青菜叶面积、产量明显下降,随着NH_4~+-N比例降低,青菜硝酸盐含量提高。不同季节青菜硝酸盐含量表现为:夏季>春季>冬季。

摘  要:
The effects of nitrogen-supply levels and nitrogen-form ratios on the growth,yield,nitrate content and vitamin C content of pakchoi were investigated by hydroponics,and at an appropriate nitrogen-form ratio the nitrate content of pakchoi was studied in different seasons.The results showed that at 10 mmol/L nitrogen level,the leaf area,yield and vitamin C content of pakchoi reached the highest and the nitrate content was relatively low.The suitable nutrient fluid ratio of NH_4~+-N to NO_3~--N for pakchoi to grow was 5/5.When the proportion of NH_4~+-N was over 70%,the leaf area and yield obviously decreased,and as the proportion of NH_4~+-N decreased,the nitrate content of pakchoi increased.The descending order in nitrate contents of pakchoi cultivated in different seasons was summer>spring>winter.
