家蝇和果蝇的靶标抗性研究进展

摘  要:
杀虫剂不合理的使用导致害虫抗药性日趋严重,害虫对各类杀虫剂产生抗性的一个重要机理是靶标抗性。就家蝇和果蝇两种典型昆虫的靶标抗性研究进展做一综述,其中包括:乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)、钠离子通道(SC)、烟碱乙酰胆碱受体(nAChR)以及γ-氨基丁酸受体(GABAR),分别从这4个靶标的基因突变与抗性的关系,对靶标抗性进行分析。这不但有助于害虫的抗性治理,而且还为基于抗性靶标设计的,并且不易产生抗性的杀虫剂提供理论依据。

摘  要:
Intensive use of insecticides has led to the development of serious resistance in many pests,and target mutations have been identified as an important resistant mechanism. Reviews the research progress on the target resistance of Musca domestica and Drosophila melanogaster including acetylcholinesterase(AChE) ,sodium ion channel(SC) ,nicotinic acetylcholine receptor(nAChR) ,γ-aminobutyric acid receptor(GABAR) . The relationships between the mutations of four target sites and the resistance are analyzed in detail. Provide helpful guidance on the target-based design of new anti-resistance insecticides that can be used in the strategies of insecticide resistance management.
