摘 要:
为了改善草原灭鼠毒饵喷撒机排毒饵器的性能,对排毒饵器的主体结构及其工作原理进行了分析,确定了影响其性能的主要指标是槽轮间隙、有效工作长度以及主轴转速,并在自建的排毒饵器试验台上进行了性能试验。试验结果显示:主轴转速影响最显著;平均排量随主轴转速的增高而增加,并基本呈线性变化;低的主轴转速、长的有效工作长度和小的槽轮间隙有利于降低主轴转矩和输入功率;当槽轮间隙为1.5 mm时,破损率最低,且破损形式主要为拦腰折断。

摘 要:
In order to improve on performance of discharging bait device of the bait spraying machine for rodent in grassland,main structure and working principle of the discharging bait device were analyzed.The sheave clearance,effective working length and spindle speed were identified as key indexes of affecting the performance,and the test stand of discharging bait device was built for performance test.The results indicated that spindle speed was the most significant impact indicator,the average displacement increased as the spindle speed did,and they were linear,the low spindle speed,long effective working length and small sheave clearance helped to reduce the torque of spindle speed and input power,when the sheave clearance was 1.5 mm,the breakage rate was the lowest,and the breakage was in the form of the middle break.
