摘 要:
草原毒饵喷撒机在灭鼠作业中,经常会出现排毒饵器堵塞及毒饵喷撒分布不均匀的现象。如果此问题不能及时解决,就会严重影响毒饵喷撒机灭鼠的效果和效率。为了提高毒饵喷撒机的灭鼠性能,在原毒饵喷撒机相关研究的基础上,设计了一种排毒饵器排毒饵的自动控制系统和摆动机构摆动频率调节装置,根据风机的转速控制排毒饵器是否排毒饵,根据毒饵喷撒机前进速度调节喷筒摆动的频率。同时,通过试验得到一组最佳的毒饵喷撒机作业性能参数,使毒饵喷撒机在草原灭鼠作业过程中不出现排毒饵器堵塞且使喷撒毒饵均匀,达到最佳的使用效果。

摘 要:
During the deratization,prairie bait spraying machine often has the phenomenon of clogged drain bait and uneven distribution of bait spray. If this problem can not be solved,it will seriously affect the effectiveness and efficiency of the rodent bait spraying machine. In order to improve the performance of rodent bait spraying machine,on the basis of the original bait spraying machine related research,this paper discusses automatic control systems and swing mechanism swing frequency adjusting means of bait discharge for a kind of bait discharge devices. According to the fan speed,bait discharge device is controled whether discharge bait. According to forward speed of bait spraying machine,the frequency of the swing of spray cone is adjusted. And then,a set of best job performance parameters is obtained. At last,prairie bait spraying machine do not have the phenomenon of clogged drain bait and uneven distribution of bait spray during the deratization,and achieve the best results.
