林业索道承载索的耐久性条件及优化设计

一、前言 关于钢索的耐久性条件,至今尚未建立确切的理论关系,因而难以对承载索作切合实际的优化设计。本文对钢索弯曲的耐久性条件作了理论解释,随之建立了耐久性系数与额定运材量和跑车荷重量的半经验关系式,进而得出一个简单的优化设计结果。

In this paper, firstly, the endurance condition of cable bending is explained in theory, and it is established that the loss of strength for one time on the carriage running is directly proportional to the ratio, U/T, of the wheel pressure to the cable tension. Take the loss coeffieient K to be μ/500, and consider the weakening strength to be 0.8 the primal strength when the cable is nullified, and then the semi-empirical relation of the endurance coefficient m to the ration of wood traffic capacity W and the capacity of carriage Q is yielded as m=(μW(m~3))/(10Q(KN)) Finally it is obtained that the objective function in optimum design for the main cable in the forestry cableways is simple, so that its solving method is easy.
