毛木耳微喷灌出耳水分管理效果的研究

摘  要:
针对四川毛木耳主产区栽培出耳棚实际情况,根据毛木耳出耳期间对水分需求规律,初步设计和构建出了毛木耳微喷灌设施系统,提出了毛木耳加湿节水栽培的机械与管网匹配参数,开展了微喷灌技术应用于毛木耳出耳水分管理效果的试验。初步试验结果表明,供试微喷灌与人工喷灌相比,其总用工量减少56.14%,总用水量减少27.08%,总用电量减少20.65%,省工、节水和节能的效果非常显著。笔者认为,该设施应用于毛木耳生产,对于缓解和解决目前农事劳动力紧缺和农业单位用工费用大幅度上涨问题,节约管水用工成本、提高毛木耳栽培经济效益和水资源利用效率,具有重要的指导作用和现实意义,其示范推广应用前景广阔。

摘  要:
The actual situation of the fruiting of Auricularia polytricha cultivation was shed out in the main production areas of Sichuan,according to water demand of Auricularia polytricha during the fruiting,the micro-sprinkling facilities and systems were preliminarily designed and built.The humidifying machinery and pipe network matching parameters of water-saving cultivation of Auricularia polytricha was put forward.Micro-sprinkling technology test about the effect of water management during fruiting of Auricularia polytricha was conducted.The results showed that the employment of tested micro-sprinkling compared with artificial decreased 56.14 % of total employment,total water consumption decreased 27.08 %,total electricity reduction decreased 20.65 %,labor,water and energy saving effect was very significant.The author believed that the facility used in the production of Auricularia polytricha,which could ease and resolve the current shortage of agricultural labor,agricultural unit labor costs,save water management labor costs,the improvement of Auricularia polytricha cultivation of economic and water use efficiency,had an important guidance and practical significance,its demonstration and extension had a bright future.
