3种处理方法对波杂山羊的同期发情效果研究

摘  要:
[目的]探索一种有效、实用的波杂山羊同期发情处理方法。[方法]以波杂山羊为研究对象,设计了3种不同的同期发情处理方法,研究不同处理下波尔山羊的同期发情率、发情后卵巢状态以情期受胎率。[结果]组1(CIDR+PG+PMSG)和组3(PG+PMSG)的同期发情率显著高于组2(PG+三合激素)(P<0.05)。组1发情羊的卵巢状态明显优于组2和组3,而且其情期受胎率也显著高于其他2组(P<0.05)。[结论]CIDR+PG+PMSG是波杂山羊最有效的同期发情处理方法。

摘  要:
[Objective] The research aimed to explore an effective and pratical method of synchronous oestrus for Boer Goat.[Method] With Boer hybrid goat as the research object,three different synchronous oestrus methods were designed.The synchronous oestrus rate,the ovary state after oestrus and fecundation rate in oestrus stage under different treatments were studied.[Result] The synchronous oestrus rate in group 1(CIDR +PG + PMSG) and group 3(PG + PMSG) were significantly higher than that in group 2(PG+tri-hormone)(P<0.05).The ovary state in oestrum goat in group 1 was better than that in group 2 and 3 and the fecundation rate in oestrum in group 1 was also significantly higher than that in other two groups.[Conclusion] The most efficient method of the synchronous oestrus for Boer hybrid goat was CIDR +PG +PMSG.
