消费者对茶油的认知及购买行为分析——基于贵州省玉屏县的调查

摘  要:
基于贵州省玉屏县消费者对茶油认知和购买行为的问卷调查及分析表明:茶油价格、茶油口味、受教育程度、性别等因素对购买行为产生重要影响;消费者对茶油功效了解度低;购买茶油的渠道主要是托人找散户茶农购买粗加工的茶油。提出打造民族特色品牌、依托旅游景区提升知名度、提高油茶林产量等途径促进消费者对茶油的认知和购买水平等应对措施。

摘  要:
A clear understanding of perception and purchase behavior of consumers in Yuping country of Guizhou province on camellia oil showed that the price of tea,taste,education,gender of consumer and other factors had important impact on the purchase behaviors,the consumers knew little about the effect of camellia oil,and they bought crude camellia oil from tea farmers. Some countermeasures were brought up including building national characteristic brand,enhance visibility,improving the camellia oil production and other ways to promote the perception and purchase behavior level of consumer on camellia oil.
