大学生文化素质教育与创新精神培养——信阳农林学院文学素质教育的举措与成效

摘  要：
素质教育的核心是创新教育,旨在激发人的创新意识,培养创新个性。如何加强素质教育,全面推进素质教育的实施策略,将专业和文化素质教育作为切入点和重点,以提高高校学生文化品位、审美情趣、人文素养及科学素养,进而提高他们的整体素质,培养他们的创新精神,不仅是一个重大的理论问题,更是一个重大的现实问题。信阳农林学院多年注重对在校学生综合素质的培养,坚持多样化办学、特色化育人、个性化发展;信阳农林学院文学艺术部老师在《文学欣赏》课堂内,运用朗诵艺术提升学生的语言创新精神;在《大学语文》课堂内培养学生的创新思维等多种举措,提升了大学生文化素质,培养了创新精神。

摘  要：
The core of quality education is innovation education to arouse people's awareness of innovation and cultivate students with innovative personality. Based on professional and cultural education,the strategy of strengthening quality education and promoting quality education is carried out in order to improve the cultural quality of college students,aesthetic taste,humanistic and scientific quality and innovative spirit,which is not only an important theoretical problem,but also a major practical problem. The multi-form of running of school and personalized development are beneficial to comprehensive qualities cultivation in Xinyang Agriculture and Forestry. In the class of Literature Appreciation the teacher promotes the language creation spirit of students by elocuting. In the class of College Chinese students' innovation ability are enhanced.
