百里香酚和香芹酚对细菌形态结构的影响

摘  要:
探讨百里香酚及香芹酚的杀菌机制。将葡萄球菌和枯草杆菌分别接种至含百里香酚、香芹酚的肉汤中,37℃培养24h,显微镜下观察细菌形态和结构,测定细菌大小。结果在百里香酚及香芹酚胁迫下,葡萄球菌着色变深,菌体变大,多呈双球状、短链状或单个散在;芽孢杆菌着色变深,菌体变大、鲜有芽孢形成。

摘  要:
This paper aimed to discuss the mechanism of killing bacteria.Staphylococcus and bacillus subtilis were vaccinated in broth with thymol and carvacrol,then cultured at 37℃ for 24h,shape and construction were observed under a microscope and sizes were measured.The results showed that under thymol and carvacrol stress,staphylococcus became darker and larger,mainly showed double ball shape,short chain or single forms.Bacillus subtilis became darker and larger,fewer sporulation.
