山野豌豆地上生物量和草层结构及全氮含量的动态变化

摘  要:
对山野豌豆Vicia amoena地上生物量和草层结构动态及其全氮含量动态的研究结果表明,在整个生长季地上生物量和各构件生物量动态变化呈S曲线型,地上生物量净积累前期增长缓慢,在7月22日后迅速增加,到8月11日达到最大值,之后迅速下降至负值。随着生育进程和植株高度的增加,植株下层生物量所占比重逐渐降低,0~10 cm层生物量的比例由6月12日的30.4%逐渐降至后期的4.5%~5.0%;叶所占比例逐渐下降,茎所占比例逐渐上升,在8月31日前,叶的比例始终高于茎的比例,生殖器官所占比例较小,最大值只有10.16%。茎、叶全氮含量在整个生长季内一直呈下降趋势,叶的全氮含量始终高于茎,生殖器官全氮含量在7月22日后迅速增加,到种子成熟期达到最高,叶和生殖器官全氮含量的最大值分别为4.69%和4.70%。

摘  要:
The mean biomass at each growth period,sward structure and the variation of N content on Vicia amoena were investigated.The results showed that: the accumulation of over-ground biomass in different stages showed S curve,and net accumulation was slow in prophase and high from July 22 to August 11.It dropped quickly to negative later.Along with the different sampling time and the increased height of plant,layer distribution of the over-ground biomass transferred from substrate to middle-level and super-stratum.The biomass of V.amoena was reduced from 30.4% to 4.5%~5.0% in layer between 0 cm and 10 cm.The biomass of leaf was increased while the stem biomass was decreased.The ratio of leaf in biomass of over-ground was higher than that of stem before August 31.The biomass of reproductive organs was small and the maximum was 10.16% on August 31.The mean percent total-N in leaf and stem decreased across all development stages.And the mean percent total-N in leaf was more than that in stem in the whole season.The total-N content in productive organ increased quickly after July 22 and it was highest when the seeds were mature.The maximum of total-N content in leaf and productive organ were 4.69% and 4.70% respectively.
