生根剂和扦插基质对紫珠扦插生根的影响

摘  要：
[目的]研究生根剂和扦插基质对紫珠扦插生根的影响。[方法]选取了常用的生根药剂及扦插基质对紫珠插条进行生根质量研究,探索及优化生根剂处理及基质配比方式。[结果]在ABT、IBA和NAA 3种生根剂中,ABT的生根率最高,生根数量多和平均根长长,在施用浓度为100 mg/L时就可达100%;IBA和NAA同样对紫珠扦插插穗的生根具有促进作用,但生根质量明显差于ABT生根粉。该研究所选取的为生产中常用的5种基质,其中混合基质(珍珠岩∶河沙∶园土=1∶1∶1)的生根质量最佳,其生根率可以达93.6%、生根数量22条、平均根长为20.5 cm。[结论]该研究探索及优化了紫珠的快速繁殖技术,有利地推动下一步实现紫珠在北京地区的工厂化育苗。

摘  要：
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effect of rooting agent and cutting media on the cutting rooting of Callicarpa bodinieri Levl. var. bodinieri. [Method]The rooting Quality of cuttings of Callicarpa bodinieri Levl. var. bodinieri were studied by selecting common rooting Pharmacy and cutting media,the rooting agent processing and media composition way were explored and optimized.[Result]In three rooting agent of ABT,IBA and NAA,ABT had the best promotion effects on rooting rate of three rooting agent. The rooting rate can reached 100% in 100 mg / L ABT. IBA and NAA had same promotion effects on the rooting of cuttings of Callicarpa bodinieri Levl. var. Bodinieri,but significantly worse than the rooting quality of ABT. The five kinds of rooting media were commonly used in production. The mixed substrate of perlite,riversand and the garden soil with the ratio of 1∶ 1∶ 1 had the significant effect on rooting,the rotting rate was 93. 6%,the root number was 22,the length of the root was 20. 5 cm.[Conclusion] This research optimized the cutting technology of Callicarpa bodinieri Levl. var. bodinieri,and promote the factory nursery of Callicarpa bodinieri Levl. var. bodinieri in Beijing area.
