遮阴对紫珠光合特性的影响

摘  要:
为探究不同光照强度对紫珠叶片光合和生理特征的影响,利用盆栽试验,设置了3个光照梯度,透光率分别为100%(L0)、60%(L1)、30%(L2),在遮阴处理2个月后,测定紫珠叶片光合特征、叶绿素荧光等的变化.结果表明:PSⅡ最大光能转换效率(Fv/Fm)和PSⅡ有效光化学量子产量(F′v/F′m)在透光率为60%时达到最大值,且F′v/F′m的全光日照组与遮阴组间差异显著(P<0.05).不同透光率的F′v/F′m间差异显著(P<0.05).实际光化学量子产量(F′q/F′m)和非光化学猝灭系数(NP,Q)与遮阴梯度呈显著负相关(P<0.05).在光化学猝灭系数(qP)方面,遮阴组显著低于全光日照组(P<0.05),但qP和遮阴程度的相关性并不显著.与全光日照相比,遮阴导致了紫珠叶片表观量子效率、暗呼吸速率和光补偿点的升高.紫珠叶片的最大净光合速率和光饱和点均与遮阴梯度呈显著的负相关(P<0.05).适度遮阴(透光率60%处理)时紫珠叶片中的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素及类胡萝卜素质量分数明显高于全光日照组的,但在透光率30%(L2)处理时,光合色素则呈显著下降趋势(P<0.05).紫珠叶片中的可溶性糖和淀粉质量分数在遮阴处理下呈降低趋势,且在透光率为30%(L2)处理时明显降低(P<0.05).

摘  要:
In order to explore the effects of different light gradients on photosynthesis and physiological characteristics of Callicarpa bodinieri Levl., three light gradients were set up in pot experiment. The light transmittance was 100%(L_0), 60%(L_1) and 30%(L_2), respectively. After shading treatment for 2 months, the changes of photosynthetic characteristics and chlorophyll fluorescence of Callicarpa bodinieri Levl. were measured. The results show that the maximum light conversion efficiency of PSII(F_v/F_m) and the effective photochemical quantum yield of PSII(F~′_v/F~′_m) reach the maximum at 60% light gradients, and the difference of F_v/F_m is significant(P<0.05). The actual photochemical quantum yield(F~′_vq/F~′_m) and non-photochemical quenching coefficient(N_(P,Q)) were negatively correlated with the shading gradient(P<0.05). In terms of photochemistry quenching coefficient(q_P), the correlation between q_P and shading degree was not significant, shading group was significantly lower than that in all-light Sunshine Group(P<0.05). Compared with total sunlight, shading led to the increase of apparent quantum efficiency, dark respiration rate and light compensation point of Callicarpa bodinieri Levl.. The maximum net photosynthetic rate and light saturation point were negatively correlated with shading gradient(P<0.05). The contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll and carotenoids under moderate shading(60% transmittance) were significantly higher than those in all-light sunshine group, but the photosynthetic pigments showed a significant downward trend under the 30% transmittance(L_2)(P<0.05). The contents of soluble sugar and starch decreased under shading treatment, and significantly decreased under 30% light transmittance treatment(P<0.05).
