离子色谱两步梯度洗脱测定小麦粉中溴酸盐方法研究

摘  要:
建立小麦粉中溴酸盐离子色谱两步梯度洗脱分析方法,样品以水浸泡,超声波提取,On Guard RP柱净化,DIONEX IonPac AS19(4 mm×250 mm)分离柱和IonPac AG19(4 mm×250 mm)保护柱,流动相KOH,流速1.00 mL.min-1;柱温30℃,进样体积100 mL,ASRS-ULTR 4 mm阴离子抑制器,抑制电流80 mA;保留时间约6.13 min。0.1~0.5 mg.kg-1添加水平内,平均回收率97.42%~98.63%,变异系数0.73%~3.10%。方法检出低限为0.1mg.kg-1。结果表明,该方法适用于面粉中溴酸盐的大批量快速分析测定。

摘  要:
Analytical method using ion chromatography with two step gradient elution was developed for the determination of bromate in flour.Samples were dispersed in water,extracted with sonication,cleaned up with a pre-activated On Guard RP solid-phase extraction cartridge and analysis by DIONEX IonPac AS19(4 mm × 250 mm).The mobile phase was KOH;the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1;the column temperature was 30 ℃;the injection volume was 100 mL;Suppressed conductivity detection,suppressor current: 80 mA;the retention time was 6.13 min.Recoveries of bromate in flour spiked within the range of 0.1-0.5 mg.kg-1 ranged from 97.42% to 98.63%,with coefficients of variation between 0.73% and 3.10%.The limit of detection was 0.1 mg.kg-1.These results suggest that this method can be used for qualification and quantification of bromate in flour.
