葡萄深施有机肥开沟装置设计及仿真

摘  要:
针对葡萄种植施肥过程中开沟作业功耗大的问题,根据新疆葡萄种植地土壤特性及葡萄种植模式,设计了一种适用于葡萄深施有机肥的开沟装置,主要由机架、刀盘总成及导流罩等组成。其中,开沟刀具依次间隔螺旋排列,刀具2把为1组,共7组14把。在完成开沟装置设计与土壤参数测定的基础上,利用离散元仿真软件建立了土壤颗粒模型及土壤-开沟装置交互模型,仿真分析了前进速度、刀盘转速及刀具组合对开沟作业功耗的影响。结果表明:前进速度、刀具组合、刀盘转速与刀具组合交互作用对开沟作业功耗影响显著。确定的最优参数组合为:前进速度801m/h,刀盘转速111r/min;刀盘组合为:刀A切土角150°、弯折角60°、工作幅宽133mm,刀B切土角180°、弯折角90°、工作幅宽166mm。此时,开沟作业功耗为17k W。

摘  要:
In order to solve the problem of high power consumption in the process of grape planting and fertilizing,according to the soil characteristics of Xinjiang grape planting land and the grape planting pattern,a furrow opening device suitable for deep application of organic fertilizer for grape was designed,which is mainly composed of a machine frame,cutter assembly,dome and other components,which are arranged in spiral ditching cutter spacing,2 tools as a group,a total of 7 groups of 14. On the basis of the design of the ditching device and the measurement of soil parameters,the interaction model of soil particle model and soil-device was established by using the discrete element simulation software.The influence of advancing speed,cutter wheel speed and tool combination on the power consumption of ditching operation was simulated and analyzed. The results show that the interaction of advancing speed,tool combination,cutter wheel speed and tool combination has significant influence on the power consumption of ditching operation. The optimal combination of parameters are: the advancing speed is 801 m/h,the cutter disk speed is 111 r/min,knife disc combination for cutter A whose cutting angle is 150°,bending angle is 60°,working width is 133 mm and for cutter B whose cutting angle is 180°,bending angle is 90°,working width is 166 mm. At this time,the power consumption of ditching operation is 17 kW.
