不同光照条件对兴国灰鹅FSHβ、PRL和VIP基因mRNA表达水平的影响

摘  要:
为研究不同光照条件对下丘脑-垂体-性腺繁殖调控轴的影响,对兴国灰鹅分别进行不同光照时间和强度的处理。结果发现,不同光照时间条件下,长光照试验组个体输卵管中FSHβ基因的表达量极显著低于对照组中的表达量(P<0.01);在下丘脑中,试验组个体VIP基因的表达量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);而PRL基因在两组相同组织中表达差异均不显著(P>0.05)。在30和80勒克斯光照强度条件下,试验组和对照组在所检测的组织中FSHβ、PRL和VIP基因表达规律一致,表达水平差异均不显著(P>0.05)。由此可见,光照时间对兴国灰鹅繁殖调控轴中的FSHβ、PRL和VIP基因表达的影响较大,为兴国灰鹅反季节调控繁殖提供理论依据,光照强度对兴国灰鹅繁殖调控的作用还需进一步的研究。

摘  要:
In the study,different light illumination effects on the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal reproductive regulation shaft in Xingguo gray goose were investigated.The results showed that the FSHβ gene expression in the tubal of the long lighting time group was extremely significantly lower than that in the control group( P<0.01).The VIP gene expression in the hypothalamus of the long lighting time group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The PRL gene expression in the two groups showed no significant difference( P>0.05).Under different light intensity,the expression of VIP,PRL and FSH genes in the experimental and control groups were not significant( P>0.05).Thus,the illumination time effect is larger than illumination intensity.The study provides a theoretical basis for regulation of off-season reproduction of Xingguo gray goose.The effect of illumihation on the regulation of reproduction of Xingguo gray goose needs further research.
