摘  要:
为了评价湖北省及部分其他地区审定的具有代表性杂交稻骨干亲本遗传相似性并构建其指纹图谱,利用48个SSR分子标记对来自湖北及部分其他省份的19份材料进行分析,结果共检测到62个等位基因,平均每个SSR标记检测到3.88个,变幅为2~7个;每个标记的多态性信息含量(PIC)平均值为0.501,变幅为0.266~0.792,选取PIC最高的11个作为核心标记构建完成19份材料的指纹图谱;SSR聚类分析结果表明,恢复系和不育系的遗传基础均较狭窄,表现出较高的平均遗传相似系数(分别为0.771与0.707),但恢复系和不育系之间的遗传距离相对较远,从一定程度上反映了遗传距离与杂种优势的正相关性。

摘  要:
To establish fingerprint and evaluate genetic diversity of parents of some typically hybrid rice registered in Hubei and other provinces, 19 varieties were analyzed using 48 SSR markers. Results showed that 48 alleles were detected with an average of 3.88 per marker ranged from 2 to 7. The average value of locus polymorphism information content(PIC) was0.501 ranged from 0.266 to 0.792. The fingerprint of 19 varieties were established using 11 SSR markers with higher PIC.Cluster analysis showed that the genetic base of the restorer lines or sterile lines was narrow with high average genetic similar coefficient(0.771 and 0.707 respectively). It was remote between them, reflecting positive correlation between genetic distance and heterosis to some extent. It will be helpful for selecting parents in breeding, expanding the genetic basis of cultivated rice and improving rice yield.
