摘 要:
用27个组合得出的试验结果表明:籼粳稻亚种间杂种一代具有很强的优势,主要表现在单株秆重、每穗总粒数、单株茎数、株高,穗长、抽穗日数、着粒密度、全生育期等性状均显著超过大值亲本(P<0.005)。但杂种一代的成穗率、每穗实粒数和结实率均显著低于双亲平均值(P<0.005),杂种一代的单株穗数、千粒重和单株粒重与大值亲本比较,差异不显著;通径分析表明,对杂种一代单株粒重有显著影响的7个性状中,以单株穗数的影响为最大,其余性状依次为结实率,每穗实粒数,株高,着粒密度,千粒重,全生育期;株高、穗长、着粒密度、单株茎数、单株穗数、每穗总粒数、每穗实粒数等性状的杂种一代值均与双亲平均值呈显著或极显著正相关;穗长、单株粒重、单株秆重、千粒重、抽穗日数等性状的杂种一代优势强弱均与双亲平均值呈显著或极显著的负相关。

摘 要:
The heterosis of 27 inter subspecific hybrids between Hsien andKeng was shown to be highly significant in such characters as strawweight per plant,number of grains per panicle,tillers per plant,plantheight,ear length,date of heading,panicle density and days of matu-rity.The hybrids exceeded the greater parents(P<0.005)in all thesecharacters,but the ratio of panicles to tillers,filled grains per pani-cle and percentage of seed setting were evidently lower than that ofthe mid parent(P<0.005).In comparing the F_1 hybrids with their grea-ter parents,we found the differences in panicles per plant,weigt of1000 grains and grain weight per plant to be non-significant.By wayof path analysis,we found panicles per plant having the greatest ef-fect among 7 characters on the grain weight per plant of F_1 hybrids.Next to this character were percentage of seed seeting filled grainsper panicle,plant height,panicle density,weight of 1000 grains anddate of maturity,named in order of their effect.In the study of corre-lations,we found plant height,panicle length,panicle density,tillersper plant,panicles per plant,total grains per panicle and filled grainsper plant of the F_1 hybrids were positively correlated to that of midparent at significant levels,while length of panicle,grain weight perplant,straw weight per plant,weight of 1000 grains and date of hea-ding were negatively correlated to that of the mid parents at significantlevels.
