青山羊泌乳期哺育双羔母羊的蛋白质营养需要及其代谢规律的研究

摘  要:
选用体重、产羔期基本相同的青山羊泌乳母羊24只 ,随机取6只用于内源N测定试验和第一次比较屠宰试验 ,其余18只随机分成三组 ,每组6只 ,分别喂以蛋白质水平不同(1组 -100 %、2组 -120 %、3组 -80%) ,但能量水平相同的日粮。整个试验分泌乳前期(1~30天)和泌乳后期(31~70天) ,进行饲养试验、消化代谢试验、内源N测定试验和比较屠宰试验。饲养试验表明 :试羊的平均日蛋白质采食量(CPI)与乳中蛋白量呈强相关(P<0.01) ,其回归关系为 :泌乳前期 :Y=2.81X +33.21 ;泌乳后期 :Y=4.24X +21.67;式中Y为CPI ;X为乳中蛋白量。消化代谢试验表明 :试羊对干物质消化率、日粮粗蛋白质消化率、粗蛋白质代谢率及可消化粗蛋白质代谢率分别为69.71%、68.16 %、23.00 %、33.11%。内源N测定试验表明 :试羊泌乳前期和后期的内源尿氮(EUN)均为0.127g/kg W0.75 d ;代谢粪氮(MFN)泌乳前期为0.378g/kgW0.75 d ,泌乳后期为0.328g/kgW0.75 d。比较屠宰试验表明 :试羊的体蛋白及其他组分含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。根据上述试验结果可得出青山羊泌乳期哺育双羔母羊的可消化粗蛋白质需要量公式为 :Y=2.79W0.75+90.82L;式中 :Y为RDCP(g/d);L为产奶量(kg/d);W0.75为代谢体重(kg)。

摘  要:
From 24 lactating Green she-goats of similar liveweight and kidding date,6 lactating goats were used to conduct the first slaughter test and determine endogenous uriary nitrogen(EUN).The remaider 18 lactating she-goats were distributed randomly into 3 groups of 6 each ,fed 3 levels of dietary protein (group Ⅰ-100%、groupⅡ-120%、groups Ⅲ-80%)and the dietary energy level was kept constant for all the groups.The whole test included the early lactation period (1~30day)and the latter lactation period (31~70day)with feeding trial、digestion and metabolism experiments、EUN determing trial and slaughter tests. Feeding trial showed that the trial she-goat's mean CPI and the protein quantily in milk (LCP) per day correlated significantly(P<0.01),the regression equations were Y=2.81X+33.32 in the early lactation period and Y=4.24X+21.67 in the later;In above equations,Y was CPI(g/d),X was LCP(g/d). Digestion and metabolism experiments showed that the trial she-goat's digestibility of dry matter,and crude protein、metabolic rate of crude protein and digestible crude protein was 69.71%、68.16%、23.00%、33.11%,respectively。 EUN determing trial showed that in early and latter lactation periods the values of EUN determined by low dietary nitrogen diet method were both 0.127g/kg W0.75d;The values of MFN estimated by extrapolation were 0.378g/kgW0.75d and 0.328g/kgW0.75d, respectively. Slaughter trial showed that body composition of trial she-goats changed not significantly (P>0.05). The result of above tests showed the formula of calculating RDCP for lactating Green she goats with double kids was: Y=2.79W0.75+90.82L In the formula,Y was RDCP (g/d);L was milk production per day (kg/d);W0.75 was the metabolic weight of Green she-goats.
