摘  要:
[目的]探究混合型卷烟烟气主要化学成分与感官质量的关系,为混合型卷烟生产提供理论依据.[方法]以2004—2016年55份混合型卷烟标准样品的烟气主要化学成分和感官评吸得分为研究对象,进行描述统计分析、简单相关分析、回归分析、典型相关分析和灰色关联分析.[结果]混合型卷烟样品焦油量、一氧化碳量和烟气烟碱量均值分别为9.52、10.53和0.78 mg/支,52.73%的卷烟样品焦油量≤10 mg/支.焦油量较高的混合型卷烟样品,其烟气烟碱量和一氧化碳量相对较高,卷烟焦油量、烟气烟碱量和一氧化碳量任意两者间均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01,下同),卷烟烟气一氧化碳量与香气、谐调、杂气、刺激性和余味得分均呈极显著负相关.混合型卷烟样品的香气、谐调、杂气、刺激性和余味得分均与烟气一氧化碳量有显著回归关系(P<0.05),与焦油量和一氧化碳量有多重回归关系.典型相关分析结果表明,有2组典型变量达极显著水平;第Ⅰ组典型变量中烟气一氧化碳量对卷烟感官质量指标的影响载荷绝对值依次为:香气>刺激性>杂气>余味>谐调,第Ⅱ组典型变量中烟气焦油量对卷烟感官质量指标的影响载荷绝对值依次为:余味>香气>谐调>刺激性>杂气.灰色关联分析结果表明,烟气烟碱量与卷烟香气、谐调和余味得分的关联度较高,焦油量与卷烟杂气和刺激性得分的关联度较高.[结论]卷烟烟气主要化学成分一氧化碳量与感官质量指标呈极显著负相关,在混合型卷烟生产中应适当降低卷烟烟气一氧化碳量,协调好减害降焦与感官质量的关系.

摘  要:
【Objective】The relationship between main smoke chemical component and sensory quality of blended type cigarette was studied,in order to provide theoretical basis for the production of blended type cigarette.【Method】The main smoke chemical components and sensory scores of 55 blended type cigarette standard samples from 2004 to2016 were researched by description statistical analysis,simple correlation analysis,regression analysis,canonical correlation analysis and gray correlation analysis.【Result】The average contents of tar,smoke nicotine and carbon monoxide were 9.52,10.53 and 0.78 mg/cigarette,respectively. Sample of tar content ≤10 mg/cigarette was accounted for 52.73%of total cigarette samples. For blended type of cigarette with high tar content,it had high smoke nicotine and carbon monoxide. There were extremely significantly positive correlations among contents of tar,smoke nicotine and carbon monoxide of cigarette samples(P<0.01,the same below). Carbon monoxide content and the scores of aroma,humorous,offensive odor,irritation and aftertaste had extremely significantly negative correlation. The scores of cigarette aroma,humorous,offensive odor,irritation and aftertaste had significant regression relationship with carbon monoxide content respectively(P<0.05),and all sensory indexes had multiple regression relationship with both tar and carbon monoxide content. Typical correlation analysis showed that there were two groups of typical variables reached extremely significant level. The order of load absolute value of carbon monoxide for cigarette sensory index in the first group typical variable was aroma>irritation>offensive odor>aftertaste>humorous,and the order of load absolute value of tar for cigarette sensory index in the second group typical variable was aftertaste>aroma>humorous>irritation>offensive odor. Gray correlation analysis showed that the correlations between smoke nicotine content and the scores of aroma,humorous and aftertaste were high,and the correlations between tar content and the scores of offensive odor and irritation were high.【Conclusion】Carbon monoxide content has extremely negative correlation with sensory quality index of blended type cigarette. Therefore,carbon monoxide content can be reduced appropriately in the production of blended type cigarette,moreover,the relationship between"reducing harm and tar content"and"sensory quality"should be coordinated.
