为了合理开发利用新疆的地下水资源,本文根据新疆近年来水井建设的经验教训提出了应作好的四项主要工作即:全面规划、综合利用、合理开采和提高效益。与此同时,本文也提出了应当考虑的十二个结合问题。因此本文对今后新疆地下水的开发利用工作是很有用处的。

摘  要：
In order to reasonably exploit and utilize the underground water resources in Ninjang, This paper based on the experience and Lesson of water well construction in recent years in Xinjang, Put forward four main work. that is: Overall Planning, comprehensive utilization, reasonable exploitation and to raise benefit. at the same time, The Paper also put forward twelve combinafion Problems that should be to consider. so that, This paper is very useful to the future work, for expIoitation and utilization ot underground water in Xinjang.
