气相色谱法检测氟节胺在葡萄和土壤中的残留

摘  要:
[目的]建立氟节胺在葡萄和土壤中的残留分析方法。[方法]样品经乙腈提取,N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)吸附剂和十八烷基键合硅胶(C18)吸附剂分散固相萃取净化,气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(μECD)分析,外标法定量。[结果]氟节胺最小检出量为3.0×10~(-11)g,最低检测质量分数为0.005 mg/kg。氟节胺的添加质量分数为0.01~0.50 mg/kg,在葡萄和土壤中的添加回收率分别为77.42%~104.40%和76.67%~104.56%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=5)分别为4.68%~6.54%和5.92%~8.40%。[结论]方法简便、快速、精密度好,适合葡萄和土壤中氟节胺残留量的测定。

摘  要:
[Aims] A method was established to determine the residues of flumetralin in grape and soil. [Methods] The analytes were extracted from samples with acetonitrile, purified by dispersion solid phase extraction using PSA and C18 sorbent, and analyzed by GC-μECD with external standard method. [Results] The LOD(limit of detection) of flumetralin was 3.0 × 10~(-11)g, and the LOQ(limit of quantification) was 0.005 mg/kg. With the addition concentration of0.01-0.50 mg/kg, the average recovery of flumetralin in grape and soil were 77.42-104.40% and 76.67-104.56%, the relative standard deviation(RSD, n=5) were 4.68-6.54% and 5.92-8.40%, respectively. [Conclusions] The method was fast, simple and good sensitive, which was suitable for the determination of flumetralin in grape and soil.
