摘  要:
[目的]建立氟节胺在棉花中的残留分析方法。[方法]样品经乙腈提取、净化后,质谱检测器检测。[结果]添加质量分数为0.02~1 mg/kg时,氟节胺在棉叶、土壤和棉籽中平均添加回收率分别为93.5%~95.8%、84.5%~93.6%和77.5%~99.1%,相对标准偏差分别为3.8%~4.9%、4.1%~8.4%和5.0%~6.3%。氟节胺在棉叶、土壤和棉籽中的最低检出质量分数均为0.02 mg/kg。[结论]该方法快速简便,准确可靠。

摘  要:
[Aims] An analytical method for flumetralin residues in cotton was developed. [Methods] The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and purified, and detected with MS. [Results] When the spiked levels were 0.02-1 mg/kg, the average recoveries of flumetralin in cotton leaf, soil and cotton seed were 93.5-95.8, 84.5-93.6, 77.5-99.1%, and the relative standard deviations were 3.8-4.9, 4.1-8.4, 5.0-6.3%, respectively. The limits of detection for flumetralin in cotton leaf, soil and cotton seed were all 0.02 mg/kg. [Conclusions] The method is fast, simple, accurate and reliable.
