吴茱萸中吴茱萸碱和次碱的提取及测定

摘  要:
采用HPLC法测定了湖北阳新县所产吴茱萸在不同提取方法下吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱的含量。结果表明,在流动相为水-甲醇-乙腈(44∶20∶36)、流速1.0 mL·min-1、检测波长290 nm、柱温25℃的色谱条件下,阳新产吴茱萸药材中吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱的线性浓度范围均为0~1.2μg·mL-1;平均回收率分别为96.32%和95.46%,RSD分别为3.05%和1.78%;线性关系、精密度及重现性都较好。3种生物碱提取方法的效果中,采用超声提取较常规的水提取和索氏提取方法效率高、时间短、提取温度低,是提取吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱的较好方法。

摘  要:
The contents of evodiamine and rutaecarpine in Evodia Rutaecarpa which produced in Yangxin County,Hubei province were determined by HPLC.The mobile phase was water-methanol-acetonirtile(44∶20∶36);the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1;the wavelength of UV detector was at 290nm and the column temperature was 25℃.The standard curves of evodiamine and rutaecarpine were linear at the concentration range of 0~1.2μg·mL-1;the average recovery rates were 96.32% and 95.46% and the relative standard deviations were 3.05% and 1.78%,respectivety.It has good linearity,precision and repetition.3 extracting methods for evodiamine and rutaecarpine(water extraction,ultrasonic extraction and Soxhlet extraction) were compared,the results showed that the efficiency of ultrasonic extraction was higher,it also need shorter time and lower temperature,so it was a suitable method for extracting evodiamine and rutaecarpine from Evodia Rutaecarpa(Juss.) Benth.
