摘  要:
采用CR71公番鸭×M14奥百星母鸭杂交产生的骡鸭雏苗 36 0羽 ,初生重为 (5 1.6± 3.11)g ,进行能量、蛋白质 2× 3因子试验。日粮ME设 12 .12MJ/kg和 12 .5 4MJ/kg两个水平 ,CP设 2 1.0 %、19.0 %和 17.0 %三个水平共六个处理 (添加剂均相同 )。结果表明 ,六个处理中 0~ 3周龄增重以 2组最高 ,ME 12 .12MJ/kg高于 12 .5 4MJ/kg (P <0 .0 5 ) ;CP2 1.0 %和 19.0 %显著高于 17.0 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ,2 1.0 %与 19.0 %无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。饲料转化率ME间无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,CP2 1.0 %和 19.0 %显著高于 17.0 % (P <0 .0 5 )。六个处理中 4~ 7周龄增重以 2组最高 ,ME 12 .12MJ/kg高于 12 .5 4MJ/kg (P <0 .0 5 ) ;CP水平间无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。饲料转化率ME 12 .12MJ/kg高于 12 .5 4MJ/kg (P <0 .0 5 ) ,CP水平间无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结果显示 ,0~ 7周龄骡鸭生长日粮能量皆不宜过高 ,以 12 .12MJ/kg为宜 ,蛋白质 0~ 3周龄 19.0 %、4~ 7周龄 17.0 %即可获得理想的效果。

摘  要:
A 2×3 factorial experiment was conducted with 360 one-day-old mule ducks initially weighed (51.6±3.11) g from CR71 Muscovy drakes and Aobaixing ducks crossing, which included two levels of metabolic energy (12.12 MJ/kg; 12.54 MJ/kg) and 3 levels of crude protein (21.0%; 19.0%; 17.0%). All rations were mixed with the same additives. The results were as follows. In the 0~3-week-old ducks, the group 2 had the highest weight gain; using rations with the 12.12 MJ/kg ME got higher weight gain than using rations with 12.54 MJ/kg ME did(P<0.05); using rations with 21.0% and 19.0% CP got higher weight gain than using rations with 17.0% CP did(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between using rations with 21.0% CP and those with 19.0% CP(P>0.05); the feed efficiency had no significant difference between ME levels(P>0.05), but the feed efficiency of 21.0% and 19.0% CP levels was significantly higher than that of 17.0% CP levels(P<0.05). In the 4~7-week-old ducks, the group 2 had the highest weight gain; using rations with 12.12 MJ/kg ME got higher weight gain than using rations with 12.54 MJ/kg ME did(P<0.05); there was no significant difference of weight gain between using rations with different CP levels(P>0.05); Feed efficiency of 12.12 MJ/kg ME was higher than that of 12.54 MJ/kg ME(P<0.05); the difference of feed efficiency between CP levels was not significant(P>0.05). It was concluded that the rations with higher levels of ME is unsuitable for the mule ducks and the appropriate ME level is 12.12 MJ/kg for the 0~7-week-old ducks; and the CP level is 19.0% for the 0~3-week-old ducks and 17.0% for the 4~7-week-old ducks.
