慢城理念下的休闲观光农业发展模式研究——以南京国际慢城为例

摘  要：
休闲观光农业是社会经济发展到一定时期,为满足人们休闲观光的需求,以农业和农村资源为依托,农旅结合的一种新型农业生产经营形态。慢城模式提出建立一种将现代科技与传统生活方式相结合,使人们在享受现代化生活便捷性的同时,又能享受高质量的生活的新城市模式。文章通过对慢城模式和休闲观光农业模式在发展基础、开发模式、经营模式和融资模式等方面的耦合度分析,发现中国式慢城发展模式是休闲观光农业的发展模式之一,基于慢城理念发展休闲观光农业为现代观光农业的发展提供了新的发展路径和视角。并以桠溪国际慢城的休闲观光农业建设为实例,总结出桠溪慢城休闲观光农业的发展经验,为其他同类地区发展建设提供经验借鉴和路径参考。

摘  要：
Agritourism is a product of the socio-economic development of certain periods.It's a new form of agricultural production and management,in order to meet the leisure needs of people,which relies on agriculture and rural resources and combines with agriculture and tourism.The"Slow city"concept proposes a new urban mode that seeks a combination of both modern technology and traditional life.A slow city enables its residents to enjoy modern life convenience and high quality life the same time.Through the analysis of development foundations,development targets,main subjects and development patterns,the slow city pattern and agritourism have a high degree of coupling.Then this research takes the Yaxi International Slow City as the case study.By analyzing the development mode,business model and financing mode,this paper concludes the development pattern of leisure agriculture in the Yaxi International Slow City and puts forward development countermeasures from five aspects for other similar areas in China.
