3种检疫性黄单胞菌的基因芯片检测

摘  要:
本研究建立了基因芯片检测我国检疫性细菌水稻白叶枯病菌、水稻细菌性条斑病菌和柑桔溃疡病菌。以RNA多聚酶西格玛因子(RNA polymerase sigma factor,rpoD)基因为靶标,设计了一对通用引物和3条特异性探针能够同时检测这3种重要的病原菌。检测结果表明:建立的基因芯片检测方法特异性强,能实现上述3种黄单胞菌的准确检测,为植物致病菌的检测提供了理想手段,有良好的应用前景。

摘  要:
A specific gene chip method was developed to detect Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae(Xoo)、X.oryzae pv.oryzicola(Xooc)and X.axonopodis pv.citri(Xac).The RNA polymerase sigma factor(rpoD)was selected to design universal primers and species-specific probes which can simultaneously detect three bacteria.The results suggested that detection of three bacteria mentioned above by gene chip is an effective procedure with high specificity.The gene chip method developed here provides ideal means to detection of plant bacteria and will be used widely.
