摘  要:
为了探讨秸秆生物质炭对设施菜田土壤微生物数量、土壤理化性质以及青菜产量和品质的影响,试验设置CK(常规)、T1(常规+4 t/hm~2)、T2(常规+8 t/hm~2)、T3(常规+12 t/hm~2)、T4(常规+16 t/hm~2)、T5(常规+32 t/hm~2)6个处理。试验结果表明:生物质炭可以提升土壤中细菌、真菌以及放线菌的数量,并且细菌和放线菌数量与生物质炭施用量成正相关,以T5处理表现最好,真菌数量则以T3最多;T2处理下的土壤速效养分含量较高,速效氮、速效磷和速效钾分别比CK提升了18.4%、27.8%和23.0%;青菜VC含量以T3最高,每100 g含量达到13.2 mg,可溶性糖含量以T2处理表现最优,达到1.46%,两者分别是CK的1.42倍和1.31倍,T3处理下产量最高达到12.8 kg,较CK增产18.50%。研究结果显示,配施8—12 t/hm~2的生物质炭对设施青菜的产量和品质提升效果显著。

摘  要:
In order to investigate the effects of straw biochar on protected soil microbes and physicochemical properties and pak-choi yield and quality,greenhouse culture of pak-choi was conducted under 6 soil treatments:conventional fertilizer application( CK), CK + 4 t/hm~2 biochar(T1), CK + 8 t/hm2 biochar(T2), CK+12 t/hm~2biochar(T3), CK + 16 t/hm~2 biochar(T4),and CK+32 t/hm~2 biochar(T5). The results showed that biochar could improve the quantities of soil bacteria, fungi and actinomyces, the quantities of soil bacteria and actinomyces positively correlated to biochar application rate,the treatment T5 was the best,and the treatment T3 was the maximum in quantity of fungi; The treatment T2 was the highest in readily available nutrient contents of soil and made the readily available nitrogen, readily available phosphorus and readily available potassium increase respectively by 18.4%,27. 8% and 23.0% over CK; In the treatment T3 the vitamin C content of pakchoi was the highest,reaching 13. 2 mg/100 g,in the treatment T2 the soluble sugar content of pak-choi was the highest,being 1.46%,and both were respectively 42% and 31% higher than those in CK; In the treatment T3 the pak-choi yield was the highest and increased by 18.5% over that in CK. The above results indicated that applying biochar at 8-12 t/hm~2 could significantly improve the pak-choi yield and quality in greenhouse culture.
