家蚕淀粉酶基因系统发育及遗传多样性

摘  要:
用生物信息学方法分析了家蚕α-淀粉酶基因的系统发育关系,发现Bmamy2是一个起源较早、变异丰富的基因。以之为标记基因,采用DNA序列分析法,对60个家蚕地方品种进行了遗传多样性检测,结果表明,Bmamy2基因组序列中碱基突变频率5.6%,单倍型多样度Hd=0.8294,核苷酸多样度π=0.02362±0.00122。Bmamy2是家蚕品种资源多样性分析中一个较好的标记基因。

摘  要:
Phylogeny of Amylase gene in silkworm was analyzed with information biology and revealed that the Bmamy2 gene originated in the ancient time and had rich base mutations. In this paper,the varieties of 60 local silkworm Bombyx mori were detected by DNA sequence analysis with the target gene,Bmamy2. The result showed that the rate of base mutation was 5. 6 % in the genome sequence,including exons and introns,the diversity of haplotype was 0. 8294,and the diversity of nucleotide was 0. 02362 ± 0. 00122. It was concluded that Bmamy2 gene was a fine marker in the genetic diversity analysis of silkworm local varieties.
