摘  要:
三价铬(Cr3+)是机体正常葡萄糖代谢所必需的微量元素。文章综述了Cr3+在动物体内吸收和代谢过程,以及通过增强胰岛素敏感性和葡萄糖耐受性发挥生物学功能的机制,并在此基础上介绍了Cr3+调节葡萄糖、脂质、蛋白质和核酸代谢的研究进展,Cr3+的缺乏及其毒性,以期为现代畜牧生产中科学应用Cr3+添加剂提供参考。

摘  要:
Trivalent chromium(Cr3+) is the essential trace element to normal organism glucose metabolism.This article reviewed the absorption and metabolic process, and the biological function by enhancing insu-lin sensitivity and glucose tolerance of Cr3 +, and introduced the research advance of Cr3 +modulating glu-cose, lipid, protein and nucleic acid metabolism and the absence and toxicity of Cr3+, all these were expect-ed to provide reference for scientific utilization of Cr3+additive in modern animal production.
