农用硅藻土高吸水树脂合成工艺条件的优化研究

摘  要:
试验采用水溶液聚合法,以丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺为单体,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,过硫酸铵—亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂,硅藻土为添加剂,在60℃下制取了硅藻土高吸水树脂。通过正交试验,选出了最优组合,即中和度为80%、交联剂为0.03%、引发剂为0.50%、丙烯酰胺为17%、硅藻土为11%,其吸蒸馏水倍率达919.2 g/g,并以选出的最优组合为基础,通过单因素试验着重研究了中和度、交联剂和引发剂等单因素的改变对吸水倍率的影响。

摘  要:
Using acrylic acid and acryl amide as monomer,sodiumcarbonate as neutralizing agent,N,N′-methylene-bis-acrylamide as crosslinking agent,ammonium persulfate,sodium bisulfite as initiator and diatomite as additive,diatomite super absorbent polymer was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization under 60 ℃.Through the orthogonal experiment,the optimal combination was selected:neutralizing agent 80%,crosslinking agent 0.03%,initiator 0.50%,acryl amide 17%,diatomite 11%,the water absorption is the highest.The influences of synthetic conditions,such as the amount of neutralization,the amount of concentration crosslinking agent,the amount of initiator degree on the diatomite super absorbent polymer were researched systematically.
