摘  要:
通过研究中药复方制剂连黄对沙门氏菌耐药基因aph(3)′-Ⅱa的mRNA表达水平的影响,从而深入探讨连黄降低沙门氏菌对氨基糖苷类药物的耐药性作用机理。采用竞争性RT-PCR法定量分析了连黄作用前后的沙门氏菌耐药基因aph(3)′-Ⅱa的mRNA表达水平。结果表明,连黄作用后的沙门氏菌耐药基因aph(3)′-Ⅱa的mRNA表达量降低,进而降低了沙门氏菌对氨基糖苷类药物的耐药性。

摘  要:
To probe the mechanism of reducing the drug tolerance of salmonellosis to aminoglycosides antibiotics,the influence of the Chinese traditional compound preparation "LN" on drug-resistance gene aph(3′)-Ⅱa-mRNA of salmonellosis was studied.The expression of drug-resistance gene aph(3′)-Ⅱa-mRNA of salmonellosis was detected by competitive RT-PCR quantitive before and after the reaction with the Chinese traditional compound preparation "LN".The activity of the drug-resistance gene aph(3′)-Ⅱa-mRNA decreased after the reaction with the Chinese traditional compound preparation "LN",and then reduced the drug tolerance of salmonellosis to aminoglycosides antibiotics.
