莠去津修复细菌对大豆生长及根围微生物的影响

摘  要:
[目的]细菌Enterobacter sp.可高效降解土壤中残留的莠去津,为明确其施用效果和环境安全性,对不同处理的大豆生长、药害指标和根围微生物进行了调查和比较。[方法]试验设3组处理,分别为莠去津+细菌处理、莠去津处理和空白对照,观察各处理中的幼苗生长情况和药害指标、成熟期植株生理和药害指标、成熟期根围微生物的数量和活度。[结果]在莠去津+细菌处理中,大豆各时期的生长指标均与空白对照接近,且无明显药害,显著优于莠去津单独处理。根围微生物调查结果也表明,添加细菌处理的微生物数量与活度显著高于对照和莠去津处理。[结论]试验菌株能有效缓解莠去津对大豆的伤害,并能促进根围微生物的数量和活性,环境安全性较高。

摘  要:
[Aims] The strain Enterobacter sp. can efficiently degrade atrazine residues in soil. In order to clarify its application effect and environmental safety, the soybean growth, phytotoxicity index and rhizosphere microorganisms in different treatments were investigated and compared. [Methods] The test set up three treatments: atrazine+bacteria,atrazine and blank control, seedling growth and phytotoxicity index, the physiological and phytotoxicity index of mature plants, the number and activity of microbes in mature period were respectively observed. [Results] In the treatment of atrazine+bacteria, the growth of soybean at different periods was close to that of the blank control, and there was no obvious injury, which was significantly better than atrazine treatment. The results of the microbiological survey also showed that the number and activity of microbes in the addition of bacterial treatment were significantly higher than that of the blank control and alone atrazine treatment. [Conclusions] The strain can effectively relieve the damage of atrazine to soybean, promote the number and activity of microbes in the rhizosphere, and be safe to the environment.
