饲料中不同蛋白质、脂肪含量对淡水石斑鱼生长性能及消化酶活性的影响

摘  要:
试验以淡水石斑鱼为试验对象,采用4×3因子方法,研究饲料中不同蛋白、脂肪含量对淡水石斑鱼生长性能及消化酶活性的影响。其中蛋白质水平为40%、44%、48%和52%,脂肪水平为8%、12%和16%。投喂56 d后,测定其生长性能指标、肌肉成分及肠道蛋白酶、脂肪酶和淀粉酶活性,探讨淡水石斑鱼对饲料中蛋白质和脂肪的适宜需求量。结果表明:48P/8L组末体重最大,显著高于40P/8L组和44P/8L组(P<0.05);饲料中不同蛋白和脂肪组对淡水石斑鱼增重率、特定生长率和饵料系数的差异不显著(P>0.05),48P/8L组增重率和特定生长率最大。52%蛋白含量组肌肉粗蛋白含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05),52P/16L组粗蛋白最大,40P/16L组粗蛋白最小。44P/16L组肌肉粗脂肪含量最大,显著高于其它组(P<0.05),48P/8L组蛋白酶活性最大,显著高于除52P/8L、52P/12L和52P/16L组之外的所有组(P<0.05),投喂48P/8L的饲料组脂肪酶活性和淀粉酶活性最大,显著高于其它组(P<0.05)。因此,淡水石斑鱼蛋白质和脂肪的最适需求量为48%和8%。

摘  要:
With freshwater grouper as test subjects, using 4×3 factor approach, the growth performanceand digestive enzyme activity of fresh grouper fed with different protein and fat contents were studied,and the protein levels were 40%, 44%, 48% and 52% fat level were 8%, 12% and 16% respectively.The trial measured growth performance, muscle composition and intestinal protease, lipase and amylaseactivity,while discussed the demand for freshwater grouper suitable dietary protein and fat on 56 d. Theresults showed that the final weigh of 48P/8L group was the largest and significantly higher than 40P/8Land 44P/8L groups(P<0.05); Effets of different protein and lipid levels on growth rate, specific growthrate and feed coefficient were not significant(P>0.05), and the growth rate and the specific growth ratein 48P/8L growp was the largest. The muscle crude protein of 52% protein content group was significant-ly higher than other groups(P<0.05), the largest crude protein was in 52P/16 L group while the minimumwas in 40P/16 L growp.The 44P/16 L group's fat content in muscles was maximum and significantly high-er than other groups(P<0.05); 48P/8L group's pro-tease activity was largest and significantly higherthan all groups except 52P/8L, 52P/12 L and 52P/16 L group(P<0.05). Lipase and amylase activityin 48P/8L group were the highest and significant-ly higher than the other groups(P<0.05). There-fore, the optimal demand for protein and fat offreshwater grouper were 48% and 8%.
