紫萁多糖提取工艺条件试验

摘  要:
通过单因素试验确定紫萁多糖的最佳提取条件,结果表明,最佳提取条件为料液比1∶20、浸提温度90℃、浸提时间2h、乙醇体积分数95%,紫萁粗多糖最大得率为9.31%。

摘  要:
Through the orthogonal experiment the highest extraction of polysaccharide from Osmunda japonica Thund was determined. The result indicated that the highest extraction for the rate of material and solution is 1∶20,the extracting temperature 90℃, the withdraws time 2h, the ethanol concentration 95%. The biggest rate of thick polysaccharide from Osmunda japonica Thund is 9.31%.
