基于农村青年视角的务农能力状况的实证研究——以抚州市部分地区为例

摘  要：
为研究农村青年的务农能力状况,并探究提高农村青年务农能力的方法和措施,采用问卷调查,统计样本分析,相关分析,独立样本t检验等数学分析方法对农村青年务农能力及意愿进行评估。结果表明:农村青年务农能力普遍较低,主要原因是自身缺乏实践经验,但从务农意愿来讲,情况还算乐观。通过政府鼓励个人大规模经营农业,并给予政策、资金、技术等方面的支持,改善农村的基础设施,继续坚持加大对农业的补贴等能有效地改善农村青年务农能力较低的现状。

摘  要：
To study the status of the ability of rural youth to work in agriculture,and explore the methods and measures to raise the ability of rural youth to work in agriculture. The ability and willingness of rural youth to work in agriculture was evaluated using questionnaire survey,statistical sample analysis,correlation analysis,independent sample t- test,and other mathematical analysis methods. The results showed that the ability of rural youth to work in agriculture was generally low,and the main reason was the lack of their own practical experience. However,the situation was quite optimistic in terms of willingness to work in agriculture. The results indicate that taking the following measures can effectively improve the current status of lower ability of rural youth to work in agriculture: government encouraging individual large- scale operation,giving supports in the aspects of policy,capital,and technology and so on,improving the rural infrastructure,continually adhering to increasing subsidies for agriculture,and so on.
