山西毛建草部分产地土壤养分分析

摘  要:
[目的]了解野生毛建草生长的土壤条件,并为引种栽培提供技术支持。[方法]本研究调查了山西4个原生地和1个试验地的多年生毛建草产地的气候条件、经纬度及海拔,测定了5个产地土壤12项养分含量。[结果](1)毛建草产地的海拔主要在1 900~2 400m之间,年日照时数2 800h左右,年降水量在400~650mm之间。说明毛建草喜光、凉爽较湿润的环境。(2)毛建草原生地的土壤有较高有机质含量,平均值为70g·kg-1。土壤pH值为中性弱酸碱性,平均值分别为7.01。(3)原生地土壤全氮、有效磷、速效钾、交换性钙、交换性镁、有效态锰、有效态铁、有效态铜、有效态锌含量平均值分别为0.308%、21.1mg·kg-1、217mg·kg-1、0.526%、121mg·kg-1、13.1mg·kg-1、36.48mg·kg-1、0.47mg·kg-1、1.50mg·kg-1。毛建草原生地土壤速效钾、有效态锰、有效态铁和交换性镁含量均高于山西土壤平均水平;全氮、有效磷、有效锌含量与山西土壤平均水平一致;交互性钙含量低于山西土壤平均水平。[结论]通过对野生毛建草原生地环境及土壤养分的分析,明确了毛建草的生长条件为高海拔凉爽湿润,日照时长,且土壤盐碱度低,有机质含量较高的地区。

摘  要:
[Objective]For understanding growing conditions of Dracocephalum rupestre Hance,in order to introduction and cultivation.[Methods]the origin of climatic conditions,longitude and altitudeof four original habitat and a testing ground in Shanxi were tested,and 12 soil nutrient contents of 5producing areas were determined.[Results]The results showed that:(1)Dracocephalum rupestre Hance origin elevation mainly were between 1 900~2 400 m,annual sunshine hours was about 2 800 h,annual rainfall was between 400 mm and 650 mm.So it liked light,cool and more humid environment.(2)Soil of origin habitat of Dracocephalum rupestre Hance had a higher organic matter content,with an average of 70g·kg~(-1).Soil pH value was neutral weak acid and alkaline,the average value was 7.01.(3)The average content of natively total soil nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,exchangeable calcium,exchangeable magnesium,manganese and effective state,effective state Fe,available Cu,Zn effective were 0.308%,21.1 mg·kg~(-1),217mg·kg~(-1),0.526%,121mg·kg~(-1),13.1 mg·kg~(-1),36.48 mg·kg~(-1),0.47 mg·kg~(-1),1.50 mg·kg~(-1).Potassium,manganese and effective state Mn,effective state Fe and magnesium content of the original habitat soil interactivity were higher than the average level of the soil in Shanxi;total nitrogen,phosphorus,Zn content were consistent with the average level of the soil in Shanxi;interactivity Ca content was less than soil average Shanxi.[Conclusion]By the analysis of environment and soil nutrients of Dracocephalum rupestre Hance,its growth condition was high altitude,cool,moist,sunshine long time,and low soil salinity,high organic matter content.
