毛建草茎段愈伤组织的诱导及继代培养试验

摘  要:
以毛建草茎段为外植体,研究激素6-BA,NAA不同配比对愈伤组织诱导的影响,同时对影响其芽分化及生根的因素进行探讨。结果表明,最适宜诱导毛建草茎段愈伤组织形成的培养基配方是MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L+琼脂6.5 g/L;增殖培养易生根但难以分化出芽。

摘  要:
The effects of different proportion of 6-BA and NAA on callus induction from stem segments of Dracocephalum rupestre Hance were studied, and the factors affecting shoot proliferation and rooting were discussed. The results showed that the most suitable medium for callus formation was MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA+30 g/L sugar+6.5 g/L gar. Proliferation culture was easy to take root, but it was difficult to differentiate buds.
