通过梳理宁夏牛羊肉市场价格、供给和居民消费的现状,分析宁夏牛羊肉产品户内外消费特征得出,宁夏牛羊肉消费市场供求相对平稳,需求将随收入增长进一步增加,消费市场呈现出多样化。

摘  要：
By analyzing the price,supply and consumption of red meat in Ningxia,indoor-outdoor consumption characteristics were summarized.The results showed that supply and demand of consumer market of red meat in Ningxia was stable,the demand would increase with income growth and consumer market appeared diversified.
