美国大口胭脂鱼胚胎发育研究

摘  要:
研究了采用人工干法授精,静水孵化条件下获得的大口胭脂鱼的胚胎发育。大口胭脂鱼的卵呈圆球形,具粘性。未吸水卵的卵径为1.0~1.3mm,平均为1.18mm,吸水后卵径膨胀到1.4~1.75mm,平均为1.57mm。在水温16~23℃,平均水温为21.5℃的条件下,多数受精卵经129h28min后孵化出膜。受精卵在授精后1h50min进入二细胞期,授精后7h22min进入囊胚阶段,授精后14h8min进入原肠胚阶段,授精后26h10min进入神经胚期,受精后35h10min进入尾芽期,受精后129h28min50%的幼鱼出膜。初孵仔鱼全长4.9~5.1mm,在水温20~24.2℃情况下,经83h仔鱼卵黄囊大部分被吸收,鳔开始充气,进入混合营养期。7d后,仔鱼卵黄囊完全被吸收。28d后,幼鱼外部形态发育完全,已具成体形状。同样温度条件下与鲤鱼的胚胎发育相比,出膜时间约推迟18~20h,鳔开始充气进入混合营养期约推迟38~40h。

摘  要:
This paper provides the results of the research on the embryonic development of big mouth buffalo by means of artificial propagation and incubating in standing water.The eggs of big mouth buffalo are globe and sticky. Their mean sizes are 1~1.3 mm in diameter before water intake and 1.4~1.75 mm after fertilization and when discharged into water. Under the condition of the experiment, at the mean water temperature of 21.5 ℃, the whole embryonic development lasted 129 hours and 28 minutes.The blastodisc appeared in the 47th minutes after fertilization. Eggs came into the cleavage stage in 1 hour and 50 minutes, blastula stage in 7 hours and 22 minutes,gastrula stage in 14 hours and 8 minutes, neural plate stage in 26 hours and 10 minutes, and organogenesis stage in 30 hours and 20 minutes after fertilization. At the age of 129 hours and 28 minutes, 50% embryos began to break the egg membrane and came out.The newly hatched fry was 4.9~5.1 mm in length ,the yolk sac almost disappeared 3 days an 12 hours after hatched, fry began feeding and came into the mixed-nutrition stage. 28 days after hatching, it looked like adult fish in shape. Compared with that of common carp under the same conditions, the embryonic development period delayed by 18~20 hours and that the time for bladder aired delayed by 38~40 hours.
