全程饲喂配合料肉仔鹅上市屠宰日龄的研究

摘  要：
研究冬季无牧草条件下肉仔鹅全程饲喂配合料的上市屠宰日龄及提早上市屠宰的影响因素。8、9、10周龄肉仔鹅每千克体重饲料成本呈极显著增加,以最低饲料成本衡量适宜屠宰日龄时,56日龄上市屠宰最佳;8、9、10周龄肉仔鹅胸部肌肉和翅膀仍显著或极显著地增长,以胸部肌肉和翅膀最大产肉量衡量屠宰日龄时,需要70日龄才适宜上市屠宰;以主翼羽根干血(泛白)衡量适宜屠宰日龄时,需要70日龄或超过70日龄才能上市屠宰。结论:全程饲喂配合饲料可使肉鹅提前达到上市体重,影响肉仔鹅提早上市屠宰的主要因素是胸部和翅膀产肉量和羽毛生长缓慢。结果提示,选育胸部肌肉、翅膀、羽毛早期快速生长的品系,是饲养肉仔鹅提早到8周龄上市屠宰的先决条件。

摘  要：
An experiment was conducted to research the influencing factors of the Slaughter or the Vendition of Young Goose fed with the complete feeds without grazing. the feed cost of per kilogram body weight was increased very significantly from 8 to 9,10 age of week,the ages of slaughter or vendition of goose was selected on 56 days for the lowest cost of feed. the chest muscles and wings were still obviously increased on 8,9,10 age of week,it was suitable on 10 age of weeks slaughtered goose for the utmost production of the chest muscles and wings.the suitable slaughter days of goose was needed on 70 days or more according to the purpose of a primaries root whiten. conclusion: The marketable bodyweight of goose is ahead got when it is fed with complete feeds from 1 days to market. the main influence factors of vendition or slaughter of goose ahead of time are a output of chest muscle and wings.or a slow growth of feather. The result prompt that the specialized line of goose on the chest muscle and wings growth in early phase are a precondition of market or slaughter on 8 age of weeks.
