摘  要：
统一地类标准是编制空间规划的核心工作,宁夏回族自治区在承担中央空间规划改革试点过程中,针对现行体制下林业与国土部门林地标准不一及两部门矢量数据差异较大的现实问题,在参照林业、国土等多个部门地类标准和浙江开化等县(区)空间规划试点的基础上,结合宁夏实际,制定了包括林地在内的新地类标准,最终在空间编制规划工作中实现了林地的唯一属性,文中对空间规划新林地分类标准的建立及意义展开陈述。

摘  要：
The unification of land classification standards was the core work of compiling spatial planning. In the process of carrying out the pilot reform of central spatial planning in Ningxia, the new land classification standards including forest land were formulated by referring to the land classification standards of forestry, land and other departments in the light of the actual problems of the difference of forest land standards and vector data between the two departments based on the pilot projects of spatial planning in counties(districts)such as Kaihua of Zhejiang, and the actual situation of Ningxia, which realized the unique attribute of forest land in the work of spatial planning. This paper also presented the establishment and significance of the new classification standard of forest land in spatial planning.
